The accommodation consists of two double rooms in this 17th century grade 2 listed town house in the heart of Ashburton.
There is a shared bathroom but if you're the only guests then it's like having an ensuite.
Both rooms have television with video or DVD, tea and coffee making facilities and access to WiFi.
Prices are £30 per person for a single or £50 double occupancy. Discounts are available for longer stays.
Full English breakfast or cereals and eggs.
No 44 is ideally situated for the Dartmoor National Park and the Ashburton Cookery School.
It is also very handy if you are a canoeist on the River Dart or go caving in Buckfastleigh.
